Take her to the potty when you go and sit her on a little potty chair. Reward smarties to her when she go's and praise her for it. My daughter is 14mths old and just about completly potty trained. She still pee's in her diaper occasionally but that's because her bladder isn't mature enough, but she gets so upset when she accidently pee's her diaper. I keep her as calm about as can be so it doesn't get to her to bad.
I wouldn't make it to where she can't take her diaper off. You will be discouraging her when it does come time to potty train. If she is ready and you make it to where she can't take off her diaper then she may just be supper stubborn and refuse to go potty when you want her to go. Think about it long and hard. Give the potty training a little more time and reward/praise her. When you see her pooping/peeing say to her "Do you need to go potty"? "Come on, Mommy will take you to the potty to poop/pee pee"!

all you can do is see if she is ready to potty train and to keep clothes over the tabs so she can't access them...
also just tell yourself...''It's just a phase and will be out grown soon'' .... and you can talk to your child and ask why... maybe its just the sound it makes when pulled, or the reaction she gets from the giants around her... talk and instruct... and talk some more but keep the diaper covered in public to avoid embarrassing moments....this is off topic but I have to share it...when my daughter. was 2 she had a case of diarrhea and we talked about it as I changed her...she loved the new word diarrhea....
and when we went to the store she told everyone we met ..."I haf diarrhea!"
she was so proud of it and everyone laughed which made her want to tell even more people...it is a shopping trip I still remember decades later... just enjoy your child and be assured it is a new 'talent' and she is just showing off the only way she knows how...just keep her safe and roll with it...this will pass quickly enough

Let her! Sounds funny, but my kids ran around without diapers sometimes in the house, of course. They are bulky and bothersome to children sometimes. It wont hurt them to "air out" so to speak...lol. They sell thin diapers, also you might try putting a cloth diaper inside the disposable one. This cuts down on irratation. Be careful with baby powder, desitin and other products like that. Use sparingly, if at all. A cloth diaper in the paper one will also prevent diaper rash in summer months.

My eldest liked to do that too. I put the diaper on and then put on a onsie type outfit with the snaps/zipper on the back side. Made her very mad at first but she finally gave up. The zipper outfits she did almost have figured out but I put a little clasp at the top and hooked the zipper tab through it.
New parents get told all about babyproofing the house, but they never mentioned babyproofing the clothes did they? ;)

My son did the same thing. I started calling him "Mr. Nude". He had all sort of tricks to get naked.
It was so hot in South Florida, where we lived at the time, that I dressed him in a T-shirt & diaper. So, if I really needed to keep clothes on him, I added shorts over top of the diaper (not the type with a snap crotch). Also, duct tape can really slow them down.
Thanks for makig me smile at the memories, that was a long time ago.

You could try to switch to cloth diapers for a while, she can't undo the pins. After a while she'll forget about it and you can go back if you hate the cloth ones.

Could be an indication that she's ready to begin potty training. How old is she?

My daughter did that all the time, I can't count the times she would "get nekkid" in the grocery store, Wal-mart, etc. I solved it by keeping her in over-alls for a few weeks. She got over the "need" for streaking after that. LOL

a fix to taking off the diaper? try turning it around backwards, the diaper works just fine and the tabs are behind her.
