I would go to thrift stores or to the online freecycle site of your area and see what you can get. Freecycle is in yahoo groups...check it out. I don't know of anything new under $30.

No. All mini fridges i've seen have been at least $100. Even at wal*mart.
You're better off searching craigslist or local classifieds.

Nope. There is no such thing. You'll need to look under your local Craigslist listings. And I dunno if you'll find one even then. That's a way low price for refrigeration of any sort.
