Hi,, i was in the Army for years and ,, running and marching will naturally make your leg muscles stay in shape,,, but not necessarily grow.....

Not a female, but I have a law enforcement background. Military style training is almost entirely running, which is the best way to tone your legs without getting muscular. If you want thicker calves, you need to lift weights. If you don't want thicker calves, you should run or bike.

well this is a perfect question for me because i was in the military as an MP. so i can tell you that your calves will definately get some more muscle, you work out a lot and need strong legs for running, so yeah they get bigger, but not in a bad way. they will be toned and nice. :)

Never made mine any thicker, but I had thick calves to begin with. The running, and road marches definately could though.

Only feeding and time will make your calves get bigger. I would recommend a high protein cattle feed like HiPro. If you feed them every day, don't worry - they will grow!

It's designed to make your brain thicker, but sometimes other body parts may be equally affected.
