It's commonly made with unsalted butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. It's very simple to make and I am pretty sure you can find the ingredients you need in the UK. If cream cheese isn't an option for you, buy Italian mascarpone. It's pretty much the same thing.

1-pound box of Confectioners Sugar

1 large package of Cream Cheese (Softened)

½ cup of margarine (Softened)

1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring

Blend together the softened cream cheese and the softened margarine and the 1-teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.

Sift and stir in the box of confectioners sugar a little at a time to avoid lumps.

Continue mixing the ingredients until the frosting is smooth and creamy.

If your frosting feels to thick you can add a tablespoon of milk.
