Sorry, dead people don't walk around. Nor do they talk. Also, why did it take 30 minutes to get medical help at a police station? Or was this after the doctor had examined her? What did she do, just stand there and wait or did she suddenly fall over, or lie down and stop moving, what?
I'd agree with the urban legend theory.

It's either complete BS... OR... there's a more logical explaination than the woman had been walking around with rigor mortis for 3 hours.... ;o>

I've got another story like that
some friends of mine were fishing at night and this woman appeared, walked to the end of the pier, and jumped into the water. They tried to find her but couldn't so called the police. When the police finally found the body later that night, she had been dead for 3 days!!!!

I have been told that when people die in an unjustified manner that they can't rest in peace and their spirit stays here on the earth to justify their death so they can rest in peace. I believe that is true. I had a friend that had a sixth sense. I didn't believe it until I seen it for myself. It scared the poop out of me. I ended up sharing ghostly experiences with her. It was so creepy!! She passed away two years ago. She died of cancer. I didn't see her the week that she passed away because she was in the hospital. I wasn't allowed to go and see her. The night that she had passed away I couldn't sleep. I felt that there was something wrong with her and that she was in trouble. A couple of hours later I thought I seen her standing in front of my living room window. She told me that she had to go and that I needed to take care of myself and that she would watch out for me. I was nervous , scared and comforted at the same time. I didn't believe what I thought that I had seen until I found her obituary in the newspaper and seen that her time of death matched my unbelieving experience. I believe that it is possible. I have a problem if someone talks about dead people that left in an unjust manner I get chills and can't talk about it. I guess I am weird?!

Not really. Dead for "up to 3 hours" would include being dead for less than 30 minutes.

yeah, sure. anybody can put some lines down and pass them off as true. I don't believe it unless I see it for my own eyes. Kinda funny since I totally believe in God the Almighty, yet I have never seen Him/ Her. Go figure?

Yeah, that's weird. Either it's true, or your friend was hallucinating or lying. Or maybe he was on something. Then again, there have been many reports of this happening, so we can say it's a possibility.
