has anyone had experience withdrawing from lexapro? Was it hard and did you return back to normal being before anxiety/depresion symptoms?

Yes, I went though One week of complete hell. I absolutely love Lexapro, but there are times to take it and times to stop it. I like to take pill holidays every 6 months or at least once a year just so I can remember who the real me is.

After one week, all the withdraw symptoms will be all over and you will feel like your normal self. The crying, body aches, and anxious thoughts will stop.

I take Lexapro, and there have been times when I went through withdrawals. I crash harder than I was before I started taking the pills. I don't come off of my pills anymore...it's not a good idea.

I took Lexapro for a few years, when I got off them it took me about a month to total get them out of my system. The only problems I had were sleeping and moodiness. Neither was to the extreme though.

I am dizzy and light headed. I am so tired that i can't my eye lids open
