Are there many black people in Bakersfield and do they usually attend the Kern County Fair?

I will go out on a limb and just guess that the Kern Co. Fair is a fair near Bakersfield, near where you live. If I'm correct, then my answer is, WHO CARES IF BLACK PEOPLE GO THERE OR NOT?!?!?!?!?! If you're black, and you want to go, GO!!!!!!!!! People are people. Don't let skin color ever be a factor in what you do. You'll miss out on a lot if you do.
