Sounds like you have done some asking around on this before....
Heaven, is a spiritural realm. It isn't a physical place that you can pinpoint on a map or anything. It is a perfect place, however, being the realm of God and his heavenly creatures the Angels.
I have to ask you...where do you get that God rebuilt heaven? Do you mean, in 1914, at the end of the Gentile times as predicted in Daniel, Satan and his hordes were cast out of Heaven? That was a thorough cleansing aof it, and they are no longer allowed to com ean d go as they pleased, like they could before. Now, heaven is clean and accepting the resurrected ones that have been annointed as chosen ones to rule with Christ for a time in Heaven. Why would you think it wasn't such a great place? Seems like every 'christian' religion wants people to go there. Personally, *I'll stick to the truth of what the Bible promises and hold out my hope for life eternal here on the earth in a paradise.
As far as any guarantee that another angel will do as Satan the Devil did, in being once a beautiful angel and then turning completely the opposite and becoming the monster spiritual creature he is now, There IS a guarantee. Jehovah himself has told us in the Bible that , after Armeggedon, there will be a time when Satan and his band of demons will be chained and stilled for 1000 years. Then after mankind that is allowed to live in peace without his horrible influence and to learn of Jehovah's blessings, promises and will, they will be released for 'a short time'. Those that chose to follow them then will be destroyed, Yes, in a lake of fire ( a symbol used to convey complete and utter destruction. ) Satan will also be destroyed. THIS will put to rest forever the question that brought all of this to the be in the first place.... the question of whether or not Jehovah God has the right to rule the universe.
After all... HE made it, why shouldn't he rule it? Why shouldn't he want his creations to worship him, and not out of fear of what he would do if they DON"T, but out of the love that they feel for him for doing such a wonderful thing for them?
I worship Jehovah God out of love for him. I am legally blind, but everyday I thank him for the marvelous colors I can see and the things that I DO get to see. Wait til he makes my vision perfect!! I'll probably faint out of joy!!fwop, right there on the ground. LOL I wouldn't want to worship a god for fear of what he would do if iI DON"T, but rather, I worship my god our of the love for what he has done for me just by creating me and this great planet we live on. Smell some daisies or some pansies, you'll understand my reasoning afterwards.

Heaven is not a place that we as humans reside. From there is where the Creatour rules and where God-JHVH dwells. At Matt. 6:10: “Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.” Furthermore, as Paul states: “Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God"-1 Cor.15:50.
We must keep in mind that Jesus came out of the invisible, higher spirit realms into the visible, lower earthly or fleshly realms. This was why he said to the Jews: “You are from the realms below; I am from the realms above. You are from this world; I am not from this world.” (John 8:23)
However, our home is right here on earth: Ps. 37:29: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.” Therefore our planet earth is always going to be there.
(Ecclesiastes 1:4) "4Â A generation is going, and a generation is coming; but the earth is standing even to time indefinite."
(Psalm 104:5) "He has founded the earth upon its established places; It will not be made to totter to time indefinite, or forever."
When our Creatour: Jehovah God created the earth & every thing, to him 'it was good'. (Gen.1:9-13) Why would he destroy the earth then? Think please, if Adam & Eve did not sin and rebel against God, would they have eventually taken up to heaven? No. Rather as express in Genesis they were to 'Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it."-Gen.1:28.
Proverbs 2:21, 22, KJ: “The upright shall dwell in the land [“on earth,” NE], and the perfect [“blameless men,” NE] shall remain in it. But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.” (Notice that it does not say the blameless will return to the earth but that they “shall remain in it.”)
Has God's original purpose for the earth changed?
Gen. 1:27, 28: “God proceeded to create the man in his image, in God’s image he created him; male and female he created them. Further, God blessed them and God said to them: ‘Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth.’”
(Thus God indicated his purpose to have the earth filled with the offspring of Adam and Eve as caretakers of a global paradise. After God had magnificently designed this earth for human habitation, making it unique among all the planets that man has examined with his telescopes and spaceships, did the Creator simply abandon his purpose, leaving it forever unfulfilled because of Adam’s sin?)
Isa. 45:18: “This is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the true God, the Former of the earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited: ‘I am Jehovah, and there is no one else.’” (See also Isaiah 55:10, 11.)

Heaven and hell is the figment of our imagination.
The way a saintly person will define heaven will be the state of no suffering
Hell is what we all live thru ,not because of our environment, neighbors, boss, spouse etc,but because of our untrained mind which judges events as good and bad.
Stop judging and you will see heaven in this mortal body

Heaven is a perfect place because there is no sin there and because God is there. God is perfect; therefore, he would never dwell in a place that is not perfect.
