end your emails at work? Some people say "Thanks," "Regards," etc...I'm looking for something different that won't get me fired.

try something simple and to the point you could just leave it blank and sign your name at the bottom. I doubt anyone cares about the ending its more of the message they look into you but if you want to have an ending you can put

Regards
All the Best
Respectfully Yours
Sincerely
Thanks
Thank you

and if you want to be super laid back

Cheers

It drives me NUTS to see "Regards" as an ending. It just sounds so informal and generic. "Best Regards" is fine.

I usually end mine with "Thanks," and then follow it with my signature, which includes my name, company name, department, contact info., etc.

If you've asked for something, "thanks in advance" is appropriate.

Email has become very casual; you can just sign your name.
