Ah, yes, me too. I found that if I reduced my intake over time it was easier. So, if you drink 10 cups a day, cut it down 10% each week. That gives your body time to get use to the reduction before you take it to the next level.
You could do what I did, cold turkey. After a week, no more headaches.

They're withdrawal headaches. If you wait it out, they'll go away and you'll be done with them. Or you can try to reduce your intake more slowly than you have been and maybe avoid the headaches altogether.

My doctor told me to cut back 1/6 of my caffeine intake a day. In 6 weeks you should be able to slowly take yourself off them without "withdrawls".

Suffer through it, in about 3 days your body will adjust and the headaches will go away.

It's withdrawal pain. Just wait through it; it will eventually go away.
