The only type of pain reliever I can take is tylenol (due to the Rx's I am on). I have already taken tylenol, drank caffiene, stretched, I tried to lay down but that makes it worse. Any ideas of what I can try that is not medicine?

I have also drank a lot of water to make sure it isn't from dehydration.

Try some ice packs on your head - it will feel alot better. Also they sell in the health food store a aromatherapy thing called "migrastick" its a small bottle with a rollerball of peppermint, lavender and other essential oils, your roll it on your temples and across your forehead and it will take alot of the edge off the headache. I dont like to take medications and have had a history of severe headaches in the past. The ice and migrastick has helped me incredibly.

Go in a quiet room and cover your eyes with a damp cloth. Make sure it is really dark in there. Try to just sleep, if you can't, just relax as much as you can.
