If we don't ask and raise these issues, who will.

There will be many who will say stop - for in order for fascism to replace liberty, people such as we must be silenced.

Why could it replace something? The cloned human could be only like an same twin, in basic terms of a distinctive age. that isn't any huge deal, spiritually, even in spite of the indisputable fact that i'm no longer able to assert how the clone could sense approximately it.

1 - cloning is something not covered in the bible in any way shape or form, so the religious people who follow that book usually have to make up an answer based on lack of knowledge or poor knowledge of the subject at best.

2 - cloning a human is far from being anything other than hypothetical right now due to two factors - public ignorance of the facts of cloning and lack of progress in overcoming replication errors in DNA.

I find this a bit confusing. I thought the point of Jesus was you could every bad thing in the world, declare your love for Jesus on your death bed, and you were forgiven...

It's kind of one of the main reasons I find the faith a little false feeling. Sounds like a little last minute lip service gets you past all the evil you do.

Perhaps I do not understand your real point of view here...

Who says cloning is wrong. Its never mentioned in the bible. They are just time delayed twins of whoever they came from.

If you are enslaving these clones or torturing or preforming experiments thats a different story.

I personally treat all my clones in a humane manner and when i do test them its according to AMA reqs.

Jesus will probably forgive you for being a scientist. I believe he might find it harder to forgive the moral police tormenting people in his name..!
:-)

Seriously, I think that God can not forgive anything - as he has never accused. Condemning and revenging are human traits, not divine.

I hate to say this but if you were an evil scientist would it really matter to you if Jesus forgave you? Would you even believe in Jesus with a science background education?

just curious.

I've read a bunch of your crap now, Jim, and to be honest, I don't think Jesus really gives a sh*t WHAT you do. Just my opinion.....

Oh, and for "fascism to replace liberty," its probably sufficient for enough of us to waste our time with nonsence like this instead of things which actually make a difference........
