My sister left her bedroom furniture in my house when she left my house 2 months ago. She has somewhere to put it and a way to move it. She just won't! It smells really bad and I have a baby on the way and that room is for my baby. I have been asking her over and over to move it out and she just won't. I have no way to move it for her. What do I do?

you know what the babies health is most important at the moment so just ask someone else to take the stuff out of your house and put it outside and just call your sister and tell her that her belongings are waiting for her outside. She is going to have to understand that she had time to take her stuff and that it wasn't your fault that she was being the lazy one. And don't think you will be the bad person because you had told her many times before to take her stuff and she didn't listen, and if the stuff smells and cant be used just throw it away cause she probably will not have any use for it. So just put it outside or throw it away. Cause the baby is the biggest concern at the moment.

Tell her you're putting it in the front yard and either A. The rain will ruin it. B. You're giving it away to the first person that stops by and asks for it. C. Let the garbage men take it. Seriously. If she really wants it, she'll come and get it. That's just really rude. Has she no respect for you and her future niece/nephew?

Give her a deadline that is reasonable. Say, "Move your furniture out of my house by ***** (about 2 weeks is reasonable) or else I'm going to put it on the curb, throw it out, or sell it."

Make sure you follow through on this. She is taking advantage of you in a time when you don't need any additional stress.

Ask nicely and if that doesn't work, tell her you are going to get rid of the furniture because obviously she is not worried about it and you need the room for your baby

Well her your are going to redecorate for the baby.
You need it gone by such and such date (give her about 5 more days). If she doesn't tell your going to call someone to come and remove it.

Don't let her tell you she will come and pick it up in a month.
Tell her it's going to take some time decorating and it HAS TO BE GONE in 5 days.
