The older you get, the more you will enjoy a larger car that smooths out road noise, bumps and jolts. The number of cylinders is almost irrelevant; many Buicks and some Cadillacs are 6-cylinder vehicles. But overall, even a 6-cylinder will deliver a smoother ride than a 4-cylinder car. Older Americans also remember the "Buy American" campaign and don't realize that many American cars are made with foreign parts, and many foreign cars with American labor. Meanwhile, they are using up the rest of their years driving cars too slowly that use too much gas to begin with, passing on the consequences to the next generation.

When you get older you get tired of beating yourself in a match box
So they choose a good riding car
they also get tired of the rat race of having to drive like an Idiot
Now what is so wrong about going 10 miles under to save gas versus 10 miles over and getting a ticket
people need to Mellow out alittle and smell the roses

Cadillac, because they are safe and after working all their life, they are entitled to enjoy a luxury car. They may not use the full power of the car but they like the old-fashioned V8 because it is what they are used to growing up.

Old people have spend their lives saving money for retirement that's why they get new cars. They get Caddys and Buicks because those were the luxury, "big money" cars of their day, so now that they have the money they spend it on those cars. Kinda like how our generation idolizes Ferraris and Lambos. When I get old, I'm gonna have a freaking suped-up Corvette.

Since you have no contact information as to a correction for an error on your part.
A poster asked:
How much watts?
I bought a box with two car speakers.
On the box, there is written "300W".
Are these 300 watts for the both speakers combined, or for each speaker?
______________________________...
I replied:
Most likely it's only 150 watts RMS though.
75 watts RMS X 2, continuous power
______________________________...
You replied:
the speakers are 150 watts rms each. not 75, not 300, but 150 each. for a total of 300 max.

Ummm...metallman56
How does 150 watts RMS each(X 2) = 300 MAX?!?!?
RMS does NOT equal MAX, EVER!!!!
I think you mean 300 watts RMS.
Since most "prefabs" want to impress you, they won't be labled with RMS, they will be marked with MAX total.
So with this information, I would say I was correct after all.
Please make a note of it!!!

Older people enjoy cars that are reminiscent of the ones they drove as young people. (big, slow, comfortable)
