Alright well im really liking this girls but it seems she never has time for me. always busy with work and school. i feel kind of ignored. i know she likes me but im not sure if it will workout. do i give her a chance, dump her or what?

a relationship is all about communication. if u don't have that then it'll never work. talk to her about it and see what her reaction is tell her if there isn't going to be any time for the relationship then your letting her go. if it's meant to be then she'll try and balance everything out if not at least u did try and will never live with the question "what if" just move on if u all are not together. she's not ready to fully commit. giver her the space.

Be happy you found a girl that wants to do something with her life ... work and school ... sounds like a keeper to me.
Give her a chance you never know what kind of relationship will build from it ... busy or not we all need love ... !
As long as she's putting an effort to seeing you and makes sure you know she's into you then I would just go with the flow.

give her a chance...cuz im ssssooooo busy u dont even understand and im pretty good about making time for a boyfriend and being able to see him and spend time w/ him....but ya it might be a little hard at first because you've gotta get used to both of your scheduals but i promise if you both give it an honest effort it will work.

tell her how you feel try to make it work maybe shes having a hard time so give it a couple weeks and if nothing changes dump her

talk to her...tell her how you feel, and she should understand, i know how this goes though because my boyfriend and me have a really hard time finding time to be alone together. We live really far apart, and we're both in school, and duringthe summer, he works days and i work nights. So just talk to her.

If you love her and you sure that she love you stay with her forever and why don't you try to give her some time of yours?? try to be with her more and show her that you love her and you are carring about her and she'll give you all the time.

That all depends on how you feel about her, if you think its worth it to wait for whenever she has time then go for it. If not you might want to start looking for another..
