Unfortunatly because blood is present she needs to be seen by a vet. I know its costly but a dog of that age it may be something more than just a bug. Has she been to the vet anually for a check up lately? how about been dewormed. Don't give the dog peto bismol it won't help and will make the problem worse. How long has this been going on? I've had a dog with the same problem he was younger and i spent 1000 on him and they couldn't find out what was wrong. In two weeks he just got better on his own plus the antibiotics he was on. Sometimes it is a bug that needs to pass but in a older dog I would see a vet. Even just for an opionion. They will first test the poop for parasites so that would be your best way to go. Next they usually advise for x-rays and bloodwork. You can refuse those but I would just see a vet and they may give you something to help with the diarreha and go from there. Its better than doing nothing. Good luck

It could be the chicken, but not likely. She'd have gotten sick sooner.
It is possible she just got all worked up about the cat, and if so, her stomach might be upset all day. Clean her up really well, clean out the crate very thoroughly, keep her away from the cat, and try to spend calm time with her today. If she's still having a bad stomach tomorrow, take her to the vet first thing. She could be sick.
Good luck.

Well after you clean the kennel and the dog, disinfect the kennel with bleach water. She is probably still nervous which can cause bowel distress. make sure she gets plenty of water so she doesnt get dehydrated. There is some anti-diarrhea medicine you can purchase from petstore or vet. If she doesnt seem like shes getting better in the next few days. Take her to the vet.

it could be the chicken, or she could have a viral infection...
give her a cup of regular rice with her food, that usually helps. if she is still runny after a day or so, call your vet.

reframe from feeding your dog. It could be the food that u r feeding her. give her something to stop the diarrhea. (pepto-bismol). change her diet... this will help. if not take her 2 the Vet.

Eat it. Then you will get CFOD which is what scientists classify as Chronical Feces Overdose.
