Well it has layers of wafers, with an outer layer of chocolate

it was orginally from England but, Americans and International countries have abused the production of it. It was really ment to be a "chocolate bar" if that helps.

I consider it both a cookie and candybar....kinda like Twix. For the ultimate cookie/candy bar...you gotta try NESTLE STIXX!!!! =) I can't stop eating those things! I still love Kit Kats though!

yeeeaaaahhh, I'm gonna go ahead and uh, say the Kit Kat is a package of chocolate covered wafers. A Snickers BAR is a Candy BAR!! The Kit Kat is a very delicious treat, but BAR of candy it is not. Thanks Kyle for the stimulating question, you seem like a pretty smart "cookie"!
