my x prefers to leave me in order for her boss to continue to make advances at me. I do not want her boss, I want my x. Why, is she deciding to do this?

Because she doesn't want you anymore. Obviously trying to pawn you off on someone else.

Because she has no morals,or is in love with her boss,or perhaps to advance her career. Who really knows but her. If she's your ex,I might suggest you move on,sounds like she's not worthy
