Why do you believe your church is THE true church? When the bible says that a church is made up of believers in christ? It's not a certain organization or certain building. As long as you are with fellow believers that worship Jesus, it's church. How can you say that yours in the true church? It's not about "the church", it's about Jesus.

I am a mormon, and I believe you. It is about Christ. Everything is about Christ. without him we would have no hope. Yes, i do believe I belong to the true church, because once christ died, the world went through the great apostacy. This was the time where the true gospel of Jesus Christ wasn't on the earth. It was restored through Joseph Smith. We don't worship him in any way, we just believe his teachings. And that doesn't mean we believe other churches are wrong. They just don't have the whole truth, because it was taken away when Christ died. that doesn't make any evil, and as long as they strive to be like Christ, thats all that matters. go to this website, and read this, i hope it helps.

We not only believe and claim that we are the true church, we also claim that the head of our church is Jesus Christ.
Every one knows the people is more important than any building,
what are you getting at? A chapel or a building is just luxury and convenient place to worship together, what is wrong with that?

We also were taught to worship and pray to God in our home too,
do you do that too?

We believe LDS is true, because the Holy Ghost confirmed to us of this truth. Besides that , I found the LDS teaching is worthy of my devotion, no matter what many others try to degrade it.

One more thing, doesn't any one believe their church is the true church, so why so suprise we believe in ours.

I don't understand why your question is addressed only to mormons. Every religion I know of believe that their church is the true church. I agree with you that it is not about the church it is about Jesus, but I don't agree with you "calling out" only the mormon church! All churches need to focus more on God and less on condeming other churches! All Christians need to try to live and let live! Let God decide who is right and who is wrong!

1. Christ said he came to establish his church.
2. He told the apostles to teach ALL that he commanded - not just all that they wrote down.
3. He told his apostles that anything they bound on earth he would bind in heaven and anything they loosed on earth he would loose in heaven. These are specific rabinical terms applying to those who had the authority to make rules. The apostles passed this authority on to their successors.
4. He promised he would send his Spirit to guide his church leaders into all truth and that the gates of Hell would NEVER prevail against his church, even to the end of time. His Church has remained under his protection in the first century and in the fourth century. It had his promised protection in the tenth century and in the fifteenth.
5. God didn't bother to come to earth and suffer ignominy on a cross only to have us believe whatever we want.

Look to Jesus. Jesus is the way to Heaven. Not Joseph Smith or Brigham Young.

Mormons ARE Christian you nit.
Just like most Christians,....... they believe they're the ONLY right one. Just another middle-eastern religion showing its colors.

if you were seriously looking for actual knowledge, I would answer you. However, since you are doing your Fundamentalist Christian duty in (rather pathetically, I must say) tearing down other people's faith, there is no point.
