Deep conditioning is a process that can either be wonderful for your hair or damage it.... believe me or not. Deep conditioning is taking a thick conditioner (creamy, heavy, try loreal or panteen prov) and what you do is get a shower before you go to bed wash your hair normally but dont put conditioner in your hair untill after your shower. Then let the conditioner set in your hair throughout the night.,
how will it help well it will make it shiner, calm it down and hold hair styles better. But WARNING be careful..... if you have naturally straight and fine hair it will make your hair feel TOO much like silk and your hair will pcik up many unwanted oils. my rec? if you have curly hair go all out... i deep condition mine every other night~ if you dont just let the conditioner set on our hair in the shower for 5-10 minutes , any more will leave your hair dull and it wont style too well. so it all depends on your hair type! good luck and let me know how it happens!

Deep conditioning helps put back into your hair what is taken out by straightening, blow drying, dying, or even sun damage. You can buy over the counter deep conditioners but the best are from salons. They are expensive but well worth it. You are told to keep it in from 5-10 minutes usually but I keep it in for 20 minutes because I bleach my hair. You can even ask your hair stylist to give you a deep condition its like an extra $15-$20. Basically, it helps repair your hair.

get a cholesterol conditioner, wash and condition your hair normally, then when you get out of the shower put an even and liberal amount of the cholesterol conditioner on your hair and leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse it off. This should make your hair feel much softer and healthier. By the way...you should be able to get a jar of the cholesterol conditioner at your local beauty supply store for around 4 or 5 dollars

Well there is one of two ways to deep condition your hair.. One you can buy deep conditioner and simply apply it to your hair, let it sit for five and then rinse.. Two you can but a deep conditioner, shampoo your hair towel dry, apply deep conditioner and then wrap you hair in plastic, after 30 minutes rinse.. A deep conditioner is a thicker, more condensed conditioner, then everyday stuff.. It penetrates farther into you hair strand as well

After you rinse out your shampoo, you apply a deep conditioner (found at any hair supply store, pick the brand of your choice) and you cover it with a plastic cap or even a plastic grocery bag and let it saturate for a good 20 minutes. Then rinse and style as usual. I do this once every few weeks. It makes my hair SUPER shiny!!

DEEP CONDITIONING IS JUST ANOTHER TERM FOR CONDITIONING YOUR HAIR AS YOU SHOULD. YOU SHOULD SHAMPOO YOUR HAIR VERY OFTEN AND ALWAYS,ALWAYS CONDITION IT. I PERSONALLY WOULD RATHER USE THE LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER SO THAT I FEEL LIKE MY HAIR IS GETTING THE FULL AFFECT FOR A LONGER TIME. HOWEVER, YOU CAN OPT TO USE THE KIND THAT YOU RINSE OUT. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOTTLE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. I WOULD TELL YOU HOW TO DO IT, BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHAT KIND OF CONDITIONER/SHAMPOO YOU ARE GOING OT USE. *A PLUS*** ALWAYS YOU THE SAME KIND OF SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER IF YOU WANT TO GET THE BEST RESULTS,NEVER MIX. I HOPE THAT I AM A GREAT HELP TO YOU AND YOUR HAIR. PS. IF YOU DO THIS, IT WILL MAKE YOUR HAIR LONGER AND HEALTHIER FOR A LONG TIME!!

Okay deep conditioning basically makes your hair shinier, stronger, and in better condition. You can go to walmart and in the hair care isle they have deep conditioners or what you can do to save money (this is what i normally do) put mayonaise in your hair evenly. wrap your hair up in a towel for about 15-25 minutes......wash it out and shampoo and condition like normal. CAUTION: Dont leave mayonaise in your hair to long or it will make your hair really greasy!

hot oil is really not as good as it sounds. It really doesnt do much to your hair.. Go to Sally's beauty supply, ask them for some deep conditioner, and a plastic cap to put over your head when the conditioner is on your hair. Follow the instructions on the package. Its very easy. And very good for your hair. Or go to your local salon and have it done.

The best I have found is Aussie 3-minute-miracle and you can do it right in your shower. I use it about once a week. I shampoo as soon as I get in the shower and then apply the conditioner and leave it on while I wash up, shave, etc. Then rinse. You can buy it at any drug store or supermarket.
