What are Jinns??

Hey there Haroon, we both know that jinns are like soldiers of the devil that can be invoked with certain chants using smokeless fire. When a muslim child is born a jinn is invoked as a guarding 'angel' if you want to call it that. This jinn's duty is the protect and guide that child for life. They say there are good jinns and bad jinns, however, there is no such thing as a good jinn because the ones invoke for the child's life will do anything to protect the child even if it has to cause harm to others. Now how could that be good, good for the child but bad for the other.
Jinns are also used to have control over other people like perhaps the ones who flew the planes into the twin towers. Either way, they are of an evil nature.

A Jinn is an Air elemental spirit in the Arabian mythos. They are a kin to genies but are not "contained" they are free roaming and can be beneficial or destructive.

--Jinns are from the Arabian Peninsula in origin and are what we call Genies. They are not like the ones in the Disney movie Aladdin, they are more like demons who are trapped here on earth and can be used for good or bad. However their tendencies lean towards works of evil.

Jinns are spirits in the Moslem religion. You are a moslem so why are you asking such a silly question??????

I think they are like demons or evil spirits in Islam. Ask a muslim or go to an Islamic site.

jinns are genies, these fire creatures are fierce. they don't do that 3 wishes stuff.

jins are the muslim equivalent of spirit of a departed but a bad one (devil)
