I am the absolute cheesecake queen. Ask my friends in my 360 list and other peeps!!!!!!! In school, I used to randomly blurt out "CHEESECAKE!" when the teacher was giving a lecture or any serious time!!!

Oh yeah. I like cheesecake. Love that stuff. Cheesecake kicks butt. Cheesecake. Wierd. It doesn't taste like cheese at all. Hey, guess what? I like cheesecake. Who doesn't? Am I right?

All kinds of Cheesecake, though the original kind is my favorite. Oh a bit of berries drizzled over the top is very yummy also.

It's one of my favourite desserts.
My favourite type of cheesecake is Lemon-scented Cheesecake topped with Lemon Confit...yum :P

try making cheese cake with a toasted almond and coconut gram crust.
toast coconut
toast almost
pulse in food processor until crumby like the gram crumbs
add sugar and butter, KaBlam
