Why doesn't God Help the people in need? I mean I don't just mean like my family, I mean the people in proverty or in Israel or Lebanon? The people that are slowly dying? And I believe in god but things that are going around makes me really question myself. Is God real? If God is then why doesn't he do something? And no this is not spam so don't 'report me' I am just merely questioning why God doesn't help everyone. And I do believe in all Gods not just from my religion if some people are going to be saying "Oh, that means the God you believe in isn't true." Well that's about it if you have an answer I would love to hear it!

And some of you as I have noticed keep on saying 'To accept Jesus as your savior' That shows what I call 'God Racism'. You might not have done it on purpose but you should have said 'To accept God as your savior'. I just noticed so I put this up..

I know from this question that it doesn't look like I have FAITH in God. But deep down I do. Most of the bad people in the world haven't got punished have they? Well, I know they will in the END but why let them be happy, do more sins, instead of just letting them Suffer? And the people that ARE suffering they will get a reward in the END but why not now? Instead of keep on testing you out to your limits?

God gives us freewill and sometimes we make bad choices and therefore suffer the consequences, I speak from experience. I guess to simplify what I mean is, look at God as a father. If you as a child, misbehaved and your father did nothing and allowed your behavior, wouldn't that be destructive to your character?? I know God helps people, he has helped me many times when I have asked him. Some people don't want God's help.

I know bad things happen to good people. There is no denying that and thats why some question the existance of God. I really dont have the answer for that, but we do live in a sinful and fallen world, just look around, sometimes we are just the victims of that fallout.

If someone enters the afterlife then God does not see that as loss. He or she will face judgment one day or another.

Suffering on this earth can never last as long as in the hereafter, So to God any suffering here is very small(compared to forever) and may give the person a chance to repent and change their life.

God does help Israel. God hasnt forgot his people. Some people might call a need there tv, internet, etc. Well those are not needs. If women in America stop spreding there legs and in Africa if they would put women on birth control then maybe they would have such needs. In America we have lazy people who would rather live on wel-fare than to work. Then they fuss cause Mexicans are coming over here. Well if they would get off their lazy bums and work. I rather pay a Mexican 8.00 a hour than to pay a lazy american 8.00. God said in his word. If ya dont work ya dont eat. Pretty simple.

I will give you the Christian perspective, as I re-read your add-on message, I can tell you are not Orthodox Christian. God Our Father is a jealous God and wants no other gods before him. He's not racist; he is the one and ONLY.

If you are looking to many gods for answers to these questions, you will never get the answers.

If you believe in God Our Father and his Son Jesus...God honors those that honor him. You may want to re-read that. Did you notice it say him and not them?

The enemy is putting doubt in your mind and by the looks of your questions...you are buying into his lies.

Sometimes, God will quiet the storm; other times, he chooses to stand beside us as we go through our storms - Casting Crowns

Jesus said, We live in a troubled world; and we do. Jesus never said life would be easy; only that he would be with us.

As for poverty; when a government keeps their people in poverty, they (government) keep them under control.

God helps those that believe in him; seek ye first the Kingdom of God. Everything else falls into place.

Perhaps reading the Holy Bible will bring a new perspective and that would help you understand what's going on and why.

Grace to you and God Bless

In answer to your question: Why does God not do something to bring relief to mankind? Perhaps you would like to consider:

In the Bible, God tells us how we can avoid much suffering. He has provided the very best counsel on living. When applied, this fills our lives with meaning, results in happy family life, brings us into close association with people who really love one another, and safeguards us against practices that can bring much needless physical suffering. If we ignore that help, is it fair to blame God for the trouble that we bring upon ourselves and others?—2 Tim. 3:16, 17; Ps. 119:97-105.
Jehovah-God has made provision to end all suffering. He created the first human pair perfect, and he lovingly made every provision so that life would be pleasant for them. When they deliberately turned their backs on God, was God obligated to intervene so as to shield their children from the effects of what the parents had done? (Deut. 32:4, 5; Job 14:4) As we well know, married couples may have the joys that go with producing children, but they also have responsibilities.
The attitudes and actions of parents affect their children. Nevertheless, Jehovah, as an expression of marvelous undeserved kindness, sent his own dearly loved Son to earth to lay down his life as a ransom, to provide relief for those of Adam’s offspring who would appreciatively exercise faith in this provision. (John 3:16) As a result, the opportunity is open to people living today to have what Adam lost—perfect human life, free from suffering, in a paradise earth. What a generous provision that is!

“Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.” (2 Pet. 3:9)

God can and will undo all the harm that may come upon his servants in this system of things. God is not the one who is causing the suffering. But by means of Jesus Christ, God will raise the dead, heal obedient ones of all their illnesses, root out every trace of sin, and even cause former grief to fade from our minds.—John 5:28, 29; Rev. 21:4; Isa. 65:17.
The time that has elapsed has been needed to settle the issues that were raised in Eden. That of wickeness and the one who is its instigatour.
We personally are anxious to have relief. But when God takes action, it must be in behalf of all who love what is right, not just a few. God is not partial.—Acts 10:34.
To Illustrations: Is it not true that a loving parent may allow a child to undergo a painful operation because of beneficial results that can come from it? Also, is it not true that “quick solutions” to painful ailments are often only superficial? More time is frequently needed in order to eliminate the cause.

Some people in need are trying to rely on themselves for their answers instead of relying on God. Some don't believe. And sometimes, we just can't see the big picture/outcome that God sees.

Why is it that all people who do not KNOW God, question? The things happening in the world, are not GOD's doing. All these things must come to pass as it has been written. No debate or reasoning can answer your question, it is FAITH. Either you have it or you do not, there is no middle ground.

God will not help those who do not follow His laws and abide in Jesus Christ as their savior. If people choose not to follow the word of God and refuse to accept His son Jesus as thier savior, God owes the lost and those who willingly ignore God's word and Jesus to fend for themselves. "And rightuflly so.

Free will. Why don't people help the people in need? Why don't you? Maybe that's what God is waiting for.

God rewards in the next life on how you carry yourself in this. This is true for all religions that belief in God.

Not bad for an agnost, eh?

Because the God you have pictured doesnt exist.
There is a power in the Life of the Universe, but the God of the middle eastern religions is a fear-sponsored illusion.

Thank goodness.
