Depends. It takes a little more to get some guys attention than others. Start when he's not totally engrossed with something. Start with smiles and go on up the ladder getting a little more obvious each time until the nickel drops for him.

Do you want the best way, or the most reasonable way? the best way is to get completely nude and stroll right past him and sit next somewhere near him, he will stare at you all day. The most reasonable way would be to talk to him. Thats the only real way to get his true attention. If he ignores you or blows you off, then carry on to the next great guy. theres tons.

Umm, what's wrong with just going over to him and saying "Hello, I'm ....."?
I prefer that to just about anything else.
