I think you have to learn some coping strategies for what ever has got you riled at the moment; and for whatever will upset you in the future. Either walk away or count to 10, find something because you'll probably regret what you say or do especially as you can't take it back!! It's always best to think about it first and then you'll handle it better and probably get more of what you want anyway. The more you try this technique the better you'll become at doing it

Lots of folks have anger issues & I think you might benefit from some anger management courses. Ask your Dr/GP to refer you.
In the mean time you will benefit your health but going somewhere you aren't really going to be disturbed.
Relax, close your eyes & listen to your heart beat........ try & breathe in time to it....... now imagine that the top of your head is opening & soft pure love is flowwing through your body & is going out through your toes.......relax all your muscles & feel the tension flow out through your feet.
Breathe in deeply through your nose...hold it for a few seconds & then release it through your mouth.
Do this 3/4 times & then breathe normally again.
Remember to end your session of relaxation with listening to your heart beat...sure & steady.........
When you feel suitably relaxed...get up slowly & remembering that peaceful feeling, go on with the rest of the day.
This also helps if you can't sleep very well.
