Sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes dipped in whipped fat-free sour cream. Lean spicy turkey sausage links cooked well, blotted, then sliced into little rounds. Pick up with toothpicks and dip in Dijon mustard.

not healthy by any stretch, but protien still counts right?/

1c peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 c sugar

mix together well, make little balls and cook em in the oven on 350 for 10 mins. GOOD COOKIES

I make my own Trail mix. Add a cp of corn flake, cp. of raisen brain,cp of cheerios ,cp of wheat ceral . cp of hoeny o's. But you can use any kind of ceral. but the plain the best. put into lg bowl mix theses thing up with wooden spoon,, I eat on them all the time when on computor etc, Keep some in container for when wanted. Try trail mix. With Peauts, dried fruits. And maybe some M&M's if you like.
Also chex mix party mix is good and comes already packaged.

take 2 graham crackers and put a marshmallow in the middle pop in micro for 10 sec and wham!!!smores!!just like Emeril!
