My ex gf was begging me to go to a chinese buffet near her house. Well I finally gave in and took her there. We had eaten 1 plate of food and went back for seconds, I had eaten only part of the food and was not real thrilled about the taste, texture or smell. Anyway she seemed to be a little unimpressed as well and we were picking through the options when I noticed a roach walking accross the tray counter. I told the lady at the counter and she could not uderstand english so I took her over there and showed her. She actually laughed about it like I was a moron and it was part of the deal. We started to leave and she started waving the bill in front of me. I was so disgusted and wanted to get out of there, I took 10 bucks out of my pocket crumpled it up and threw it at her head and told her the place was disgusting.
My then GF called the health department and they shut the place down.
I have not had a taste for chinese since.

My worst restaurant experience was being served a raw, still frozen steak with my meal. How they got to that when I'd asked for well-done, I'll never know.
As if that wasn't enough, the waiter had the audacity to--right in front of us--count the tip my ex-husband had left for him. That's just rude...

I have a food allergy, so I have to be careful about what I eat. At Applebee's, I asked the waitress a few questions to see what ingredients were in a couple items and what was safe to eat. The manager come to our table a few minutes later and told me there was nothing here she could recommend and next time I should bring my own food......To a restaurant!?!?!?!?!

I found a bug baked into a potato I was eating at school when I was in second grade. I'll never forget it, because it freaked me out so bad I stifled a scream and got paddled for 'causing a disruption' in the cafeteria.
The school told my parents I over-reacted. Perhaps, but I was 7, what did they expect? LOL

Mine was when i went to this fancy place the Rib by pork was stilll raw and there was a ROACH on it which i didn't even expect so that is what i had and i did not even go back to the place!!

well the worst was when i ate some chinese food and then in the middle of it there were three flies lying there , i thought they were dead but when in raised the noodles they were alive, they laid their eggs there and the following day i had food poisoning. sad huh?

At a local hick restraunt in SoCal. Fly in the water glass. Also there was a fly STUCK BETWEEN the tongs of my fork!! I beat it out of there.
