I take really good care of my feet. One day I noticed what I thought was a bubble in my toe nail polish, when I was about to peel it up I noticed it was my toenail instead. It didn't hurt but it puzzled me because I have no sign of fungus and I didn't have an injury. Anyway it looks really unattracitive and I want to know why it may have happened.

Normally toe nails fall of due to fungus or extreme injury...even if you have no signs you know as foot fungus, there could be a possbility that it was there.

I dont' know. It's happen to be once before, but that's because I play soccer and I had hit the ground so hard, my big toe hurt for about a week before my big toe nail completely peeled off.

But,no sweat it grows back super fast and healthy.

Your shoes may be too small for your feet and causing injury.
