What is an inexpensive flea control product for dogs? I have used Frontline before but it is SO expensive. Any ideas?

I have got to say that either Frontline or K9 Advantix (which also kills ticks) is your best bet. I live in an area that can have fleas year round (unless we have a hard freeze) and they're the only things that work. $10 or so a month is not that bad for a flea-free environment. If you get them in your house you'll have a real problem!!

There are ones you can get at pet stores that supposedly worlk just as good as frontline. I have never tried them as I prefer the real stuuf but they may work for you and they are loads less expensive.

A lot of otc's do not work. I use one called Bio Spot and it does work. I've used it on my 3 dogs for over 10 yrs and I also use it on the rescues that I take in.

4 month supply is 24.95,
i use it on my 2 dogs and i don't even need it once a month, u just have a little tube that you dot their back with, its quick and doesn't harm the dogs.
