Many people on here, that I have noticed, have been posting FALSE information about us. Do not trust them. Please, trust me or another JW as myself. We know thet truth and we are trying our hardest to spread it. It truly saddens me so much to see that people are calling us a cult and saying that we are not true Christians. You are right bro. I am a sister living in GA and have been reading what they say about us. how can people not want to get to know our wonderful Father Jehovah. and his son Jesus Christ. I am also tired of the slander. that we are a cult and that we don't celebrate the pagan holidays. agape love. see what the person above me said??? I would never take blood even if I wasn't a Jehovah Witnesses. our children get the best care. people think because we don't take blood our children will die without it. guess what, you will die taking it. they can check the blood all they want, and I will never go against Jehovah. we are told not to take blood or eat blood. yuck yuck. even here they are saying nasty things about us. well Jesus said they hated him so we know they will hate us also. satan blinds them. they say we are telling lies. It is clearly stated in Gods word the Bible that true followers of Jesus will be persecuted and looked down upon. This medium is just one more forum for people that believe they are in the correct religion to do just that. It would be noce if all of us could get along and strive for the truth, but as you should very well know, that day will not come until God's tribulation and a new system is created.

Question I cannot understand, about the belief s of Jehovah Witnesses, They call them selves Christian but linger in the Old Testament. there is Nothing in the Old Testament except the expecting of the Messiah-Christ-Anointed one . that i need to dredge up to Justify Christ. and it seems you cannot stick to the New Covenant or New Testament. Why is that?
Being a New Testament Organization you do not Accept there is a Heaven to go to. and even if there is You do not want to Go . Right?
Many of your Members do not want to fight in a War all though very many draw Veterans Benefits, Why?
The Word Jehovah was never used by any New Testament writer although your books translates it in the place of Lord . Jesus is Lord. God is His Celestial or Heavenly Father. Why did Jehovah Witnesses, Choose the Jewish Word Jehovah ( Self Existent) for God and then adopt it as Gods name? I once had a couple of very sweet Lady's JW's to visit me regularly. and we Begin to agree on some things, that disturbed the Elders I guess they brought one of the supposedly more intelligent ones to visit me. I refused to call God Jehovah. because he is My Heavenly Father. " She stood and with her finger in my face said I do not have to listen to this blasphemy of Gods Name. I said you are right so get out. What do you think? do you have the answers?

You know what's rude?? Knocking on someones door at 8 am on a Saturday, a weekend, the only time during the week we can sleep in, trying to persuade me to follow your religion. I'm happy with mine, your happy with yours ... keep it that way. Believe whatever you want, but don't come knocking at my door trying to get me to join up. And seriously, is it really so bad to celebrate the day you were born? The holiday thing is kind of weird. I dated an ex JW for about 8 months, then his grandfather went into the hospital and was going to die. Did they let him see his grandfather before he died? No, because he was no longer a JW. So he broke up with me, stopped living his life, and went back to the religion so he could see his grandfather before he died. Pretty intense. He wasn't even allow to associate with myself or anyone else he knew that was not a JW after that. That's weird, I'm sorry.
