After a cast is removed you should be scheduled for physical therapy. While casted the muscles atrophy and you will need therapy to get them working and built up properly. Don't skip the therapy, or your wrist could freeze and you'd lose use of it.

I broke both bones in my left wrist and I had several casts through out a 10 week period or so. Once the last cast was removed and it was determined my wrist was fully healed, I was able to move it right away. However, it is possible that if it was broken badly enough, it may not heal properly and you'll require some physical therapy. (That happened to my boss).
You should be fine though.

Depends entirely on how well you follow through with your physical therapy and how much damage was done to the joint itself.

Immediatly. Although you may have lost some strength in your muscles and will have to do some simple exercises to improve muscle strength and flexibility

You should be able to do it right away. If you can't, speak to the doctor to make sure you don't have nerve damage.
