i monitor my water intake everyday. i usually get at least 64 + oz. per day. i take 2 32 oz. water bottles to work everyday and i am sure to finish them by 5 pm. then, whatever amts of h2o i get at night are just a bonus.
i rarely drink anything but water. sometimes i will drink sprite or juice.

did i mention that i'm pregnant?? i was always a big water drinker, but now that i'm pregnant i've become vigilant.

I believe I drink enough water to keep myself hydrated each day. I "listen" to my body and monitor my urine output. If I notice my urine is tinted more darkly than I would prefer I increase my water intake. You don't have to religiously drink 64 ounces of water a day, especially if you're not exercising regularly.

I drink at least 10 , 8oz glasses a day.
It helps keep my skin clear and hydrated .
I've also heard it helps flush fat from your body (not sure if it's true). Drinking plain water gets kinda boring so i add fresh lemon or lime to a cold glass of water. Very refreshing.

At least 20 glasses of water. I am always thirsty - I think it might be a health issue.
