I would fund an organization that helped spread the Gospel of Jesus throughout the world and provide everyone with Bibles. I would start by placing an office in Bible believing/preaching churches throughout the world and go out from there. As employees and volunteers increased, so would the offices.

People with "unlimited" money establish charitable foundations and dispense from them to charities of their choice. Bill Gates supports Smile Train, established and still maintained (all administrative costs) by Charles Wang. All donations (100%) go to sugically repair the faces of children with cleft lips and cleft palates, primarily in third world countries, who can' pay for this urgent help. Average cost of 250 bucks changes a child's life., and there are at millions of kids today who need this help.

Another great charity is the Missionaries of Charity, esablished by Mother Theresa of Calcutta, with an office in The Bronx, New York. These dedicated nuns help the "poorest of the poor" worldwide, with never any question of religious preference and again, your entire donation goes to help the poor. I don't know of any other organizations that are this effective and that reach the people that need it most. Both are on the Internet, and either one will thank you gratefully for any help that you can send.

We have a big problem with low wages. The minimum wage needs to be increased. That said, I would help those that have no health insurance in America. We have 44 million Americans with no basic health insurance, half are women and children. That is wrong. Women and Children need basic care. Check ups are very important. They head off more serious problems. We spend $300 billion in Iraq and that's in addition to the $400 billion on defense yet we as a nation can not provide basic care for women and children. We send $2 billion a month to Israel.
BTW, their are 535 members of Congress. Each one cost tax payers over one million per year. None have ever worked a day in their life. Some call it work but I lay bricks for a living and to me sitting at a desk telling others to work is not work.
I know many Republicans who have never worked a day in their life, I worked with them for 23 years. Republicans never do the real work, they always ask others to do the real work for them.

I would start a legal aid service. With unlimited money coming from private sources, I could take any kind of case I wanted. I would probably pursue cases where the poor gets robbed by creditors. I'm really disgusted with the credit industry, but the poor are not able to defend themselves against these thugs. So, I would use my resources to challenge them in court and at the legislative level.

I would start a organization where all the kids that unwanted especially teenagers, have a place to go to have people that really care and to help them become someone, because to many give up on these kids and put them down before they even get to be a adult. There are to many kids out there raising themselves and all they need is someone to care and understand. I believe everyone has something good to offer in this world if given the chance.

I would start one that helped people on welfare gain the courage they need to get off of welfare. It would teach them basic skills needed for the work place and teach them how to have some self-respect so that they wouldn't enjoy living off of other people's money. It would would also teach them about birth control and about caring for their children so that their children can break the Welfare cycle.

I want to start it because I deal with people on a daily basis that are on welfare and their parents are on welfare and their kids are on welfare. Most of them dropped out of school, can't read, and laugh at me when I suggest they get jobs. I can't comprehend someone not ever wanting a better life than this. It breaks my heart to see the kids--usually there are at least 4 and the oldest one has to act like parent.

How would I start it? Run it out of my current office since they already know where I am located.

I would start my own school in the town that I live in. The school would be able to meet the individual needs of each student and give them the confidence and the tools necessary to be successful in today's world.

I would have to do a lot of research before even beginning to have effective programs and to learn other design aspects. I would have to be in contact with the state to ensure that my school would meet all requirements and certifications. Lastly, I would have to decide how closely I would work with the local school district in the endeavor.

I would start a school for young people and teach them about free-market capitalism, how to make a profit, how to minimize their taxes, and how to start and later expand their business. Once enough young, energetic people get their first taste of economic success, they will want to pass it on to still more. The Democrats don't think this is true, but it is. But then, Democrats don't know much about anything beyond taking from those who produce and giving it to those who don't.

I would start a charity that matches homeless kids with homeless dogs and cats. It would be a place that could house homeless children and the children (and their parent/parents) would help earn their keep by helping care for and socialize the animals. I would also try to offer some sort of animal friendly training to maybe help folks find employment caring for animals.

Kill two birds with one stone.

I'm too lazy to start one when there are so many good charities out there already. Laziness, plus I'd be too busy partying with my unlimited money.

I'd just donate to worldvision or UNICEF.
