You could pluck it and if it keeps coming back go see a dermatologist and find about permanent hair removal.

On my nose? That's not a problem for me.
In my nose - I fold the tip to the side, and shave across the nostril with a regular (not electric) razor, one side at a time.

If the hair is dark, the easiest solution is to BLEACH IT (Jolen is the best and cheapest brand). You could also try a depliatory like Nair but you need to be careful not to burn your skin if you leave it on for too long.

If its ON your nose, you can just pluck it. If its in, I guess trim? I've never had to deal with that.

I don't. But you can pluck it or wax it, or facial hair bleach it so it appears lighter.
