You share yours, i'll share mine....
1) I douse everything with cayenne pepper, so I enjoy the spices, it makes you full faster and you don't eat all of it because you can't endure the hotness..
2) I eat one meal a day and eat fruit for the rest
3) I try to burn off one meal before i eat the next...
