You share yours, i'll share mine....

1) I douse everything with cayenne pepper, so I enjoy the spices, it makes you full faster and you don't eat all of it because you can't endure the hotness..

2) I eat one meal a day and eat fruit for the rest

3) I try to burn off one meal before i eat the next...

i also you the cayanne pepper trick,

but mostly, skip breakfast
stick to redbull and other caffine drinks
cut out red meat and pork
if i can dab something with a napkin and i see grease i dont eat it

1) don't ever skip breakfast if you have to skip a meal you should skip dinner

2) eat 6 small meals a day

3) drink alot of water

4) for snacks eat fruit or protein bars

5) when you want to eat something like ice cream just do it just watch how much you eat and don't go over board

6) make sure you stay active this way your moving around and not sitting still.

I drink only water with lemon, the lemon cuts fat really good.
No eating after 6pm.
Taking multi-vitamins and herbs helps the process of elimination.

eat healty foods and extrisize daily, it works you may want to give up if you don't see the weight come off fast but just give it some time.

Well I lay tons of sports and go biking and running with my best friends all the time!!! You shouldn't try not to eat... it's bad for you!
