ok my hair is brown, i don't know what color but its pretty close to drak brown id stay. i want to dye it. i was wondering if you give me ideas. maybe highlights, i dont know, i jsut want something done to the boring mess. please help me

Whatever you do don't try to do it blonde by yourself. My aunt did that and it turned orange! Her hair was dark brown too

coming from a hairdresser, do only partial high-lites top only and if you like it next time get the whole thing done , as far as color if you go with all over color just remember you touch up your roots every 4-6 weeks , as for high-lites touch up is 2-3 months the best of luck to you n what ever you choose.

Have it done in a salon unless you are really careful and read the directions well. Any chemical process is very damaging to your hair and Might be best left to an expert.

Dont put the clown stripes it looks fake and awful. I heard that going a shade or two darker is the most flattering. Nothing too drastic.

try bane hight lights so it look nice I know a friend of my who did it and it looks good and she has brownish /black hair shes azn.

you can do both cut and get blonde highlights...

put some gold higlights and die it on black
