Aboslutely not truth in this whatsoever.

There is a show on television called Mythbusters. They took a pigs stomach, and filled it to capacity with soda and pop rocks.

Capacity being liters of soda, more than any human can drink.

Even with all of that, they could not get the stomach to burst.

Pop rocks? guy i have not considered or heard of those in years. those rocks fizz a lot and so does soda. If I were you i does not do it. What ought to take position is that when this concoction receives into your abdomen that is going to boost it using quantity of air generated by skill of the pop rocks and the soda. So till you burp it out you need to a danger boost your abdomen to the point that it ruptures. A ruptured abdomen would not sound like a large style of thrilling.

I don't know the real answer but if you think about it...pop rocks do 'pop' in a way and soda is carbonated and when they meet each other in the pit of your stomach I would think it would hurt. Lol. But, I have always wanted to hear the REAL answer. And have never heard of any cases of it either. =]

No, it's an old wives tale. I think they disproved it on the first season of Discovery's Mythbusters.

No!! I just bought pop rocks last week for old times sake and took them with a sip of Pepsi and I'm still here. You just burp really loud after swallowing.
