Kinda funny how religion has changed over the years. If it was 300 years ago, the church would've told the guy he would spend a limited time in purgatory, to redeem his soul. This was a time where the church needed not market itself for suppor, since the monarchs were in league with the Pope and people were easily persuaded by preachers. Today with the abundance of Christian believers of a multitude of denomenations, speculation abounds on the result of such a life frought with sin. By Great Awakening standards, we'd all be going to hell. Times are different. God has become extraordinarily benevolent in the eyes of religious followers today. Subtract out the speculation (that means ALL theories) and look at it mathematically: if a person's time (T) is mostly spent in sinful disregard for life (10x) with the latter time spent alive being a pious person (2y), the result would be:T = 10x -2y with an outcome that would be significantly bias towards an (x) value, hence the person's life would more sin than grace. Your argument is the root of Antinomianism, and people used to be executed or excommunicated (like Anne Hutchinson) for believing that stuff. Most of the replies are Antinomianistic.

If you TRULY repent, which means tell God you're sorry and weep with Godly sorrow, and turn from your sin and ask God to forgive you, and receive the Holy Ghost speaking in other tongues as the God gives the utterance, and then be baptized in the lovely name of Jesus, and live a holy life I would still pray for you. It might take a while to regain someone's trust but you might get it after a while. The Bible says that we need to forgive because if we don't forgive others, God will not forgive us.
Mat 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Once a person lets Jesus into his heart, that is the first step. His heart must then be filled with the teachings of Christ because he will crave this knowledge, and he must have support from other godly people, like in the church. When a person really lets Jesus in, he wants to live as Jesus has taught us. The Bible says that when a person truly repents for his sins, he is forgiven. It surpasses mortal understanding, because we cannot understand this depth of forgiveness.

YES, God will forgive a person for anything because all sins are equal and do not have levels.Only suicide leaves no time to ask for forgiveness. The man would be in eternity with a mansion as promised to us all. He probably won't have as many jewels in his crown, but that is up to God!

No man but even God would never forgive to sinner. For his first sin God would just worn him, for second time he would punish him and still he did not improve himself God would finish him. Sinner would never go to heaven and nobody knows that Hitler or any sinner gone in heaven. For example If a man killed any one and if it proved in the Cort then he would be definitely hang even if he pray God for forgiving him. Accordingly his sin one would be punished. Murder, rape and rob are big sins and man who did it would never go to heaven.

First of all you cant be saved anytime you want. The Holy Spirit has to convict you that you need to be saved. When Christ said that all sin is forgiven, and salvation is for anyone, He didnt leave any exceptions. The only sin thats unforgivable is the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. It means that when He tries to draw you to get saved and you say no, your sins cant be forgiven when you say no. If the Holy Spirit was moving this person and this perso knew he was going to hell, and he believed in the gospel of Christ, he will go to heaven. If you dont believe it show mw why.

He looks at his past and his heart breaks. He falls to his knees and cries out for forgiveness. God, in His infinite mercy, grants His prayer.
Yes...he goes to heaven.
Would I be able to pray for him if he had murdered my family? That's a really tuff one. I would hope God would give me the strength and the grace...

Yep, even Hitler! Btw Hitler is in heaven now, the last moments of his life were him regretting the events that brought him to his demise and asking for forgiveness from Jesus.

I can explain with one simple verse of the Bible.
Luke 15:10 (Jesus speaking)
"Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth."
I cannot say for sure, Jesus alone judges, but that sounds like a good sign.
