Here's something that will tide you over.
Scrub a potatoe. Microwave it for about 3 or 4 minutes. Put it in a bowl (don't burn your self), and cut it up with a knife.. dice it up into 1" pieces or so... nothing fancy. Take a regular sized can of your favorite Cream of ______ soup. Put the soup on top, like a gravy. Mash and mix the two together. Put it back in the microwave for anotherminute or 2 to finish the potatoe and warm the soup.
Like I said, it's not a LOT, but it's hearty and it will tide you over till you make something more.
I have 4 younger brothers, so I know how much you boys eat!!!

do you have any soup?? i always like a bowl of soup and a peice of cheesy bread-- youtake the bread and turn the oven on broil and stick just the bread in on a broiling pan (it has 2 layers, te top layer with slits) wait untill it turns golden brown then take it out and put a good layer of cheese on top then put it back in the oven untill all of the cheese is melted .. its delicious! ( dont forget aout it tho cuz it burns very easily!)

Ramen Noodles. I lived off of them during my late teenage years.

If you're a teenager and you don't know what kind of food to make yourself, you have more problems than being hungry.

Pancakes! They're easier than you think!
How about a grilled cheese?
If you like soup... add a couple different kinds together and make your "own" concoction!
Bon Apetit!
