The are Federal laws about "prank" calling, as this is a Federal Communications issue. Not only is it childish, it is against Federal law!

Check with your county attorney for the best answer. Some states have laws against it, making it a crime to commit such things.
I would also check with your phone company. If you have caller ID , turn the number in. The phone company also has tracers they can put on your phone to track prank callers, however it's not cheap. Have you did a search engine to find your answer? Those are two ways i know of dealing with prank calls. If you have the option of having caller ID, that would help you a lot.

Prank calling is not exactly a crime persay but it is an offense. In alabama it is harrassment communication if you can get the number that the person(s) are calling from then you can go to your local court house and file a warrant for harrassment communications

I don't know about laws, but there are rules set by the phone company. In the front of your phone book there should be guidelines, and what to do if the guidelines are violated. In New Orleans, they give you a warning, then cut off your phone.
