would u call it a lie if every time your boyfriend said he's gunna come over he doesn't or is it a disappointment (NOTE) he ALWAYS does this so wat do u think????

I call it inconsiderate for him to make plans then constantly break them! Stop letting him do that to you! The next time he tries to come over tell him nope, that you're busy and have plans! OR agree to him coming over, then leave the house.
Or you can not stoop to his level and just simply break up with him and find someone who won't disappoint you so much. I don't care how "cute" he is, drop him like a bad habit!
