A1 Garlic Steak
1/4 cup A1 steak sauce
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Combine steak sauce, oil, pepper, and garlic. Place steak in plastic bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
This is pretty good, but you may need to add some salt after cooking the steak.

my hubby and I discovered this stuff made by Durkee, its peppercorn marinade for steak chicken and pork. If you like pepper it's great. It's best on steak and the longer you marinade the better. I give it at least 45 minutes, and one package is usually good for 3-4 decent size steaks. Try It! It is sold where the package marinades and sauces are in in my store.

Try this
Honey Marinade
1/2 cup honey
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soya sauce
4 cloves of garlic crushed
combine together all ingredients and put in a shallow
pan place your tenderized steaks in and within an
1 to 1 1/2 hours in the fridge. Turn them over at least
once. You can leave them in longer if your wish.
This one works well either in the oven, barbeque or
on the broiler. Enjoy.

Beer. I'm not kidding. Dump a bottle of beer over the steak (which should be in a container with a lid). Give it 30 minutes and slap it on the grill. The longer you leave it, the better, but 30 minutes should get the job done.

Soy Vay veri veri teriyaki is awesome. You can try your favorite salad dressing, balsamic vinaigrette works well. If you aren't on your way to the store, try some oil, vinegar, red wine, garlic or onions, fresh herbs like parsley and basil. Whatever you have laying around. Avoid using salt, it will dehydrate the meat. Use acids like wine, vinegar to tenderize the meat. Good luck!

Salt,Pepper,Onion, Lemon and Soy Sauce. It doesn't need to marinate for very long either, 1/2 hour at least. This can also be used for other meats as well. Hope you like it!!!
