You could make a bisquit and bacon or sausage, and cheese sandwich. You can buy the bisquit in the freezer section at the store and just bake what you need at a time, then slice them and put your cooked bacon or sausage on the bisquit with a slice of american cheese. It makes a nutrious meal along with o.j. or other juice or fruit. You can also buy the bacon cooked, and just warm it up also, if you are limited on time. Also instant oatmeal is good. Or hot chocolate and toast. Try some sausage, cooked and scrambled with onions and peppers and put this inside of a soft shelled burrito and roll up for a breakfast on the go. Make some muffins (they have mixes that are easy) and eat some fruit with them. Pancakes are always good, especially with applesauce on them.

Hmmmm Breakfast without eggs....

Pancakes- try the Krusteaz brand pancake mix- just add water!!

Waffles- Krusteaz pancake mix, add water, 1 egg- separated. Put the whites in another dish, drop the yolk in the batter. Beat the whites- make them pretty stiff.. mix the yolks into the batter, fold in the whites... makes for fluffy waffles, not so heavy.

French Toast- pretty easy. I like it made from white bread, thick-sliced, soaked in syrup!

Cream of Wheat in all it's flavors... There's even a chocolate variety--:)

Oatmeal- not my favorite, but it's better than being hungry

Cold cereal- I usually eat 2 or 3 bowls- I like something that sticks with me... I don't like to be hungry again in 20 minutes. Add a piece or 2 of toast to make it more filling.

Write up a menu- weekly or bi-weekly... Every other Monday is Cream of Wheat... whatever works...

Potato and Egg Hash...
a half a onion or green onions
2 strips of turkey bacon
Micro that for 1 min.
While that is in the micro dice one potato
Add to the onion/bacon mixture and
Micro 3 - 5 min
Add one whisked egg s&p
Micro for one more minute
This sounds like a lot of work for a breakfast but it makes up very fast and is very very tasty

Fruit salad, bagels with homemade cream cheese spread. Take a block of cream cheese and add your favorite jam or jelly until it's the right taste for you, around 1/4-1/2 cup. Buy a box of frozen sausage patties. That way you can get out what you need and fix it with toast or use canned biscuits. One of my favorites is to take frozen pancakes and pop them in the microwave and heat up your favorite pie filling and top with Cool Whip, delicious and easy.

Make some quick and easy cinnamon rolls:
Take a tube of canned bisquits and cut each one into 3 peices
Roll the peices in cinnamon and sugar and put 3 peices into each part of a muffin tin
Add a little more of the cinnamon and sugar on top of the biscuit peices and bake the same as you would the biscuits.
YUMMY

You could make a parfait by chopping up some fruit and mixing it with yogurt
You can also put two slices of cheese between 2 slices of bread and heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave. I like to top mine with a little whipped cream

Get some 1-minute Quaker oats and make oatmeal. eat it with brown sugar, milk, raisins, etc. Or, if you want even easier, get packets of instant oatmeal that already have flavorings added - you just add boiling water. SO easy, and good too!

Get out your blender and make a smoothie.

Just add fruit, juice, yogurt and ice cubes and you have a healthy, filling, wake-me-up breakfast.

Buy yourself a nice glass or cup that you can serve your smoothie in... you'll have a great day!
