Why brushing and hygiene don't take place?

Bleeding is usually from gums and not teeth. Since the problem just started a month back i am sure it can be managed well with professional help. Cause is usually improper cleaning of teeth or in some cases ( rare ) it could be a medical problem or some vitamin deficiency. In any case do not stop brushing your teeth and consult a dentist. It may not be serious but can become serious if ignored for long. Get well soon :-)

Bleeding in the gums is an important sign of gingivitis which is inflammation of the gums. This leads to gum disease (pyrea) aka periodontal disease with the end result being permanent tooth loss. See your dentist and see if you can still save your teeth. If damage is extensive, you may be referred to a periodontist who specializes in saving your teeth due to gum disease. At this point brushing and flossing may not be enough. Go to a dentist asap. Good luck and I hope it's not too late.

A little bit of bleeding is normal even for someone with healthy teeth and gums. But continuous bleeding is a problem and should be dealt with by a dentist.

Well Yoda (ha!ha!) This is usually a sign of gum problems. Floss more frequently and brush the gum line well when brushing and this should clear up. If not then it may have advanced and you need to see a dentist. If you are pregnant and your gums are bleeding it is "pink tooth brush syndrom" and occurs due to increased blood volume.

brushing along the gum lines is important, but flossing (including down to the gum areas) is at least as important

do both of those and bleeding should end soon, but bleeding will continue until gums harden up (like a muscle getting into shape)

your teeth cant bleed, it would be your gums bleeding and that could be from flossing, or your my have gum disease. I would recommend going to the dentist and having it checked out.

Bleeding almost certainly indicates gigivitis or gum disease. This is caused by bacteria in the gums and can lead to periodontal disease which is irreversible and can cause tooth loss.

Your gums are probably inflammed. At a minimum, I'd speculate that you have "marginal gingivitis" (early stage of gum disease) and need to see a dentist now to get this taken care of.

Go see a dentist. Maybe you need to use a softer toothbrush and/or floss regularly.
