Not with the population and multiparty political system and minority pampering with unequal civil laws.
If India had a population of 400 Million, Two Party system with poilitical stablity and all citizens were treated equally...yes, by now it would have been a DEVELOPED country!

just be patient... india and china is the biggest populated country in the world. plan the plan and sooner or later... when they really mix all over the world, the color of the world will be beige, no more black or white. They will hump us all.... i'll give 300 years from now.

yes india is on the right track they are now building cities with goobla wariming in mind and a ecomony that won't be heavily depent on oil

i don't think it's going entirely the wrong way but it definitely needs some improvements like a steady minimum salaey and there should be more donations towrds the people in need...i live in southern india since ten years and i think its great..its just moving to fast...
