Don't bother with sit-ups; they exercise the lower back, and do very little for the abs. What you need are crunches, the best way to exercise the abs. Start at the level you feel comfortable, adjusting the distance between your body and feet.
If you are unfamiliar with the crunch, it is almost like the sit-up, only the lower back never leaves the ground; the head and upper body is lifted rapidly and then lowered, while the lower body remains touching the ground. Hands should be behind the head at all times.
When you feel comfortable, progress by lifting one foot off of the ground when performing crunches. This concentrates more force on the abs, and is a more intensive exercise. Finally, move on to lifting both legs off of the ground, with all balance concentrating on the abs. This is the most intensive crunch one can perform.
Do crunches rapidly and in sets of around 24. If you do them often, say three times a day, and intensively, you should see a significant difference quite soon.

Well I suppose I won't get ten points because I would rather tell you the truth than delude you. The abdominal region is a large muscular region of the body. Those who have pronounced muscularity in that region, with good definition and symmetry generally work hard at, and it simply cannot be accomplished in the few days that you are willing to devote to the enterprise.
Definition and form are shaped by three factors:
1. Genetics
2. Diet
3. Exercise habits.
The latter two factors you can alter significantly. Genetic you are stuck with.
Ultimately, the only way to get good abdominal development is to reduce your body fat to below 12 percent, give or take. Anyone who has exemplary abdominal definition has s low percentage of body fat that comes as a result of vigorous exercise, stringent diet, and of course genetics that incline and individual not to store too much body fat in that region of the body.
Contrary to dubious claims foisted on to the public by infomercials, one cannot achieve movie star like abdominal aesthetics in a few days using one particular machine, without respect to diet, overall caloric expenditure, and advantageous heredity.

no it can't be done that fast, all you could do in 11 days is lose weight which wouldn't be much either, that you wouldn't gain right back due to water loss ... start exercising, cardio, weight training, and eating healthy... everyday, some kind of exercise, even if just 30 minutes, and do crunches.... sometime i try for 100 a day or more...

first of all you have to do at least 30 minutes of cardio per day so as to burn fat. The healthiest way is to do crunches. I use to do at least 500 crunches per day. I also opted for healthier eating especially eating lean meat and salad. I combined diet and exersice with the use of Biotherm Abdo choc to help burn belly fat. I lost about 1 inch in 2 weeks.

take creatine monohydrate 2 hours before and after doing abs exercises, that is, sit ups in sets.
in the morning, do some 20-30 sits ups before taking your shower and do the rigid work out on your free hours, preferably in the afternoons.

There is no such thing as "fast great abs". In order to achieve a fit body you must work hard and eat healthy.
