My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years, he even stayed with me when I got really fat. I recently lost alot of weight, and other guys have become interested in me. I'm a friendly person, and I often talk to people both guys and girls. That never used to be a problem between us, but now he has become insecure, and he thinks I'm going to leave him, I try to tell him that I won't, but he doesn't listen. He's become so cold and hostile towards me, and he tries to make me jealous by getting "close" to other girls. He want's to control who I can and cannot speak to. The fact that he doesn't trust me hurts but I love him even though I feel like he is holding me back from being who I am. Should I leave or should I stay?

THAT'S TOUGH AND IT'S MESSED UP. HE FEELS THREATNED NOW THAT U LOST ALL THAT WEIGHT.

YOU NEED TO THINK HARD ABOUT WHAT YOU (ONLY YOU) WANT TO DO AS FAR AS HIM.\

HE SHOULDNT BE ACTING HOSTILE AND TRYING TO GET CLOSE TO WOMEN TO GET U JEALOUS.

ASK HIM WHAT DOES HE ACCOMPLISH BY DOING THAT, AND HOW WILL IT HELP THE RELATIONSHIP.

IF HE STILL WANTS TO ACT LIKE MR. ASSHOLE U MIGHT WANT TO LEAVE HIM ALONE, AND FIND SOMEONE THAT WILL BE HAPPY FOR YOU, NOT GET JEALOUS AFTER U MADE A STEP TO IMPROVE URSELF.

It's my experience that almost all people love to feel attractive, It is only natural that after having such low self esteem you will be enjoying this new flood of attention.

If your partner is making you feel guilty about being an attractive woman then it is extremely unhealthy.

I say kick him into touch, a short sharp shock might bring him around... and if not it sounds like you've got plenty of other potential offers :-)

nothing is going to change unless u let him know that what hes worried about is all in his mind and that if he keeps it up he may just lose u. i have been through the same thing, still after 35 years my guy gets jelouse but he knows that if he acts on it he will lose. trust is not a given thing u have to fight for it.

this guy is not gonna even be close to being a good soul mate. The relationship has to be open and close and these issues should not even be on the "table".

You should leave him. Because trust is what a relationship should stand on.
