Whey can be expensive, but I have found it to be much more reasonable at Wal-Mart. The deal with lifting and using supplements to gain weight is that it can be very hard and very expensive to get the nutrition you need by food alone.

So, A big thing of Whey (maybe 25 servings) may cost $25, but how much would the equvilent ammount of food cost you to get that much protein? Not to mention all the time to prepare all the 6-7 meals you would have to cook if you really want to gain muscle without supplements like Whey.

Just look for cheaper Whey at places like Wal-mart. Eat lots of Chicken and Fish to help too. Egg-beaters in the morning is fast and easy source of protein too.

I would suggest you the following -
1.break fast at 8 to 9 morning
2.At 1 to 2 lunch
3.break fast at 6 to 7
4.Dinner at 9 to 9.30
All this with less carbohydrates but more proteins. brisk walking for 30 minutes in morning and evening will keep you fit throughout Life.GOOD LUCK DEAR

Did you know that stress and anxiety are major facts in weight gain? Ask you doctor if you are a candidate for anti-anxiety meds. I lost 35 lbs. because my doctor put me on a low dose of xanax.
