I think you should question them.
They believe they have the authority to do so. The really religious people usually feel that God has given them permission to treat others in a different way than they expect to be treated. It's ok for them to question you or your beliefs, but don't you dare question them. It's usually because they don't have any answers and are not willing to admit it.

You can question any ones beliefs.
It isn't wrong.
Where did you get the idea that it is wrong to question someone religious beliefs?
If I have questions as to what you believe and why, I can't question you on them? Because it's wrong?
Says who?
I can question anyone on anything. This is still America.
They are trying to make everything PC. Communism hasn't quite arrived yet.

It's good to question religious beliefs, I have and do and am a strong Christian. Part of my questioning is how I got here and I question other beliefs out of having questions too.

Perhaps it's neither right nor wrong - it's just unfortunate that a) people are often attacked for their beliefs and b) people often feel attacked if they are asked about their beliefs. Perhaps sincerity is the factor in truly asking the question.

Yahweh ( some say Jehovah ) means I am that I am. You know what that means? The others are not. It is an obligation of all Christians to spread the Gospel of Jesus to the ends of the earth. We wants to help save humanity from a burning building...what's wrong with that?

You sound like a homosexual, Phil, that is still struggling with God's Biblical standards.
What Chrst expects of us ALL is to acknowledge our sinfulness and repent of sin (including homosexual acts) and calll on Him for forgiveness.
Have you done that yet?

It is NEVER wrong to question on religious belief in modern times. Only in ancient time the authority would throw you to jail for asking blasphemous questions.
Now you may ask and leave your church/ temple if you can't find the right answer..........

All religions are based on faith and can not be justified. Just understand that religious people are trying to convert others, just like sales people and ads try to make you drink coke or pepsi. It is your choice to believe or not to. So do not worry about it.
