I hope it means you are in a right relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ His Son and that you look around you and see the many blessings God bestows upon you daily, and that you have learned to be content no matter the circumstances.

I think it means you feel safe in your life - it could mean that you achieved a lot in a material way, or a spiritual way, or you have many friends, or you gain a lot of respect, or you have well-functioning relationships ... or it could even mean ALL of those!
We can be rich from a million points of view.

You could mean anything. You could mean you are rich and have many matierial posessions, or you could mean you are rich because you have everything you want in life. You could mean that you are rich because you are loved much and you love much.

It means you have what is important to you. It means you have what you value.
If it is important to you to have possessions, then you won't consider yourself "rich" until you have them.
If it is important to you to have security, love, etc, and you have those, you may consider yourself "rich" even if you have few possessions.
One is rich when it is judged that they have that which is considered to be important or valuable. Different people consider different things to have value.
